Individuals, families, and business owners need an attorney who understands their concerns and can guide them through the complicated maze of the law.  That’s where Reagan Allen comes in.  His experience includes counseling clients in corporate formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, business/commercial litigation and transactions, employment disputes, real estate transactions, bankruptcy, intellectual property, oil and gas litigation and transactions, OSHA investigations, banking, wealth preservation, asset protection, and estate planning including wills and trusts.  In addition, Reagan also acts as outside general counsel for numerous small to mid-sized businesses.

Reagan helps clients resolve legal issues through negotiation and compromise.  However, when those tactics fail, he ardently represents his clients’ interest through all means allowed under the law.  Reagan’s drive, creativity and versatility provide effective and efficient representation in the most challenging cases.  Reagan’s reputation for providing zealous advocacy and superb client service earned him the respect of his peers as he was named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in Business Litigation in 2012.

Reagan provides clients with honest straightforward advice, keeps clients informed and responds quickly to client inquiries.  Further, Reagan’s broad knowledge of the law offers a strategic blend of accomplished skills and savvy knowledge that produces solutions for his clients, not just informed opinions.

Reagan also serves an important role in the community serving on several boards and as a member of numerous civic organizations throughout Enid.

Reagan is a third generation Enidite, graduating from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After spending time in the business world, he attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly known as Franklin Pierce Law Center), where he received his Juris Doctorate and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property.  Reagan is married with 2 children and enjoys sporting events, golfing, hunting, and fishing.
